This Privacy Policy describes how the PhotoVisa mobile application and the photo-visa.online website (hereinafter referred to as "Application", "We", "Service") process and protect user data. By using the Application, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

- Uploaded photos (for processing and generating document photos).
- Contact information — email or phone number, only if the user provides it themselves (for example, when contacting support).

We do not request access to the photo album or camera without explicit user consent.

- Technical information about the device: device model, OS version, interface language.
- Anonymous identifiers (IDFA/GAID) — only if the user has given permission.
- Application usage data: screen events, errors, interactions with elements.
We do not collect data that allows identification of an individual without necessity.
1.3. Children and minors
Our application can be used by children, however:
- We do not collect personal data of children under 13 years of age.
- Uploaded photos are used only for processing and are not used for identification purposes.
- A child can use the application only under adult supervision.
- If you believe that a child has provided us with their personal data, please contact us and we will immediately delete it.
2. How we use data
Data is used only for the following purposes:
- performing application functions (photo processing);
- improving application quality;
- error resolution and technical support;
- user behavior analytics;
- ensuring security and preventing abuse.

- cloud server providers and analytics tools that ensure the application's operation;

4. Photo processing
- Photos are used exclusively for generating document images.
- Photos are not stored longer than necessary for processing.
- After the operation is completed, they are automatically deleted.
We do not analyze or classify faces, do not create biometric profiles, and do not perform facial recognition.
